Service Lead – Liverpool

Established 2014, 365 Support provides quality supported accommodation services and domiciliary care to people with mental health and learning disabilities.

Service Lead (35 hours per week)

£16,607.43 pa (£9.09 per hour)


We are seeking to recruit a full-time Service Lead to become a full and active participant in the work of the team, demonstrating best practice and be a role model for your team, providing day to day support, guidance and direction.  You may also be required to conduct formal supervisions.


Your role as Service Lead will be central in supporting service users in a personalised way in order to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will be responsible for systems and processes including support planning, recording, finance, staffing and health and safety. You will be required to work on a rota basis including evenings, weekends and sleep in duties.


Ideally you will have 3 in Health and Social Care; if not you will be expected to work towards this.
